Mill Stands

We have developed our own housing less stands condensing all the features that improves the usability and reduces the changeover downtime making stands that simply work and last. Our mill stands have been designed for the production of bars, wire rods and profiles, with different sizes that cover the whole range of products.

Screw-jack mechanism for pass change

The air-oil connection is the only connection needed when the stand is inserted

The steel roughing rolling mill stands are used to reduce the thickness of the steel while at the same time extending the overall length. Steel Roughing rolling mill stand is an important part of a work stand, roll bearing chock and roller adjustment device is installed on the frame. Mill stand bears rolling force and must have sufficient strength and rigidity.

We supply complete rolling mills for the rolling of steel bar/wire rods/structure steel (like angle steel, I-Beam, Channel steel, steel sheet.)

（1） We supply different types of steel roughing rolling mill stand, mainly are open type and closed type. Such as Housing less Mill Stands, 3Hi & 2Hi Horizontal Stands, 2Hi Vertical Stands, Convertible Stands, sliding mill stands, Universal Stands etc.

（2） Roll diameter: From Ø200~Ø650

（3）Feeding material: Billets from 60*60mm up to 200*200mm

（4）Final products size: Wire rod Ø5.5~ Ø32; Deformed steel bar Ø8~ Ø40; And other section steel products which customer needs.
